2025: The Year of Consistency

In 2025, my focus is on being consistent with my fitness, blog posting, and podcasting/Youtube. From working out and eating healthier to posting weekly on my blog and recording podcast interviews and posting videos on Youtube, these are some of the key goals on my list for the year.

I’ve realized that training for a race or a ride makes it easier to stay motivated. However, when there’s nothing on the horizon, I still want to get up and push myself, even when I don’t feel like it. Let’s be real: getting up at 5 or 6 a.m. can be tough. It’s always tempting to hit the snooze button, but I’m constantly thinking that living my best life requires me to be healthy. And if I tone up and get a six-pack in the process, that’s an added bonus.

When it comes to writing blog posts, I know I need to carve out time to brainstorm and actually write. It’s easy to push it off and say, “I just won’t post this week.” But if I’m serious about growing an audience, I need to stick to a consistent posting schedule. The same applies to podcasting and posting on Youtube. While I’ve been doing well with fitness and blog posting, my podcast and Youtube channel on the other hand has taken a backseat for the past few weeks. But it’s time to get back on track with that. 

To help me stay organized, I plan to create a daily calendar to track my progress on all these goals. Having a visual reminder will keep me accountable and ensure I’m making consistent strides.

For me, 2025 is all about consistency. I truly believe that staying consistent will lead to the results I’m striving for both in my personal and creative goals
